This retreat is for you if you are an active, nature-loving woman, enjoy the spirit of sisterhood and are ready to gift yourself time away from your daily duties to recharge and get renewed by Mother Earth. 

Escape with us for a magical wilderness adventure by the lake in Harriman State Park, NY. Our time together will be filled with yoga, meditation, contemplation, hiking, swimming, kayaking, sister circle, song and story sharing and lots of leisure time as well.

This is a glamping adventure in a newly renovated eco camp on a lake. The camp is surrounded by beautiful woods. The lake has a swimming deck with a lifeguard, kayaks and canoes. You can also bring your own vessel.

The retreat will start with dinner at 6 pm on Wednesday and will close with lunch on Friday. You can arrive as early as 3 pm on Wednesday and stay until 3 pm on Friday.


ACCOMODATIONS/GLAMPING
Originally coined as a glamorous camper, a glamper wants an upgrade from the tent and bag experience. Rustic sounds good to you -- but a few extra comforts are required. Like a bed and a solid roof.

All rooms are shared, sleep up to 3 and have either 2 twin size beds and a bunk bed or 2 twin size bunk beds per room. Each bed comes with a slightly narrower than normal twin mattress, a pillow, pillow cover and a blanket. You will need to bring the sheets or a sleeping bag. We will send you a more detailed letter upon your registration. 

This year all but one small cabin have indoor bathrooms.
If you would prefer your own room (it will have outdoor bathrooms) or share a room with your friend(s), let me know ASAP.  


MEALS
The lodging includes 6 meals, Wednesday dinner to Friday lunch. All meals will be served indoors or outdoors on a stone patio overlooking the lake. The chef will do his best to offer us vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
If anything has changed with your ability to attend, please let us know ASAP. If we are able to fill your spot with someone on the waiting list, we will issue you a refund minus $30 processing fee. After July 1 we will not be able to issue refunds.

If the AMC must cancel a program, registrants will be notified and all fees will be refunded. Normal weather conditions will not cancel this program.
