The teachings of the old wisdom traditions like Yoga and Ayurveda have been offering us powerful tools for staying sane on our life’s journeys. Many of these practices are currently receiving a lot of scientific research into their benefits: moving our bodies, meditating, breathing, sleeping, having passion and purpose in our life. In this course I will introduce the practices that I have found most effective in the work with my students and clients over the last few decades as well as in my own life.
Every week you will receive:
- a dynamic hatha yoga routine that you can easily do on your own
- several breathing practices to help you calm your nervous system at any time
- easy steps that will put your mind into a relaxed state of meditation
- suggestions for daily routines and rituals to help you as you navigate through your day-to-day life
This course is for you if:
- you are looking for ways to find more calm in your daily life
- you don’t have a regular yoga practice or want to expand your existing practice
- you want to feel better and sleep better and reduce the impact of stress and anxiety
- you want to learn more about the power of pranayama - the yogic art of breathing and how it impacts your nervous system
- you want to learn more about meditation
All sessions will be via Zoom and will be recorded. If you miss a session or the timing doesn’t work for you or you’d like to repeat the practice, the recording of each practice will be available within 2 hours after each session for 7 days.

In these workshops I’m addressing more specifically good alignment through the postures for strengthening, stretching, relaxing as well as healing meditations. This kind of learning is beneficial if you experience pain and discomforts that may prevent you from attending regular yoga classes.
I will address issues like neck and shoulder tension, disc herniation, scoliosis, osteopenia, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, weakness and instability from strained ligaments…
