Mondays and Wednesdays 8:30 - 10 AM

Each month I focus on selected yogic actions that will make both, your mind and body stronger, more stable as well as flexible. In these slow moving and healing yoga classes the first half of the practice is dedicated to strengthening, the second half to stretching & restoring. With a sweet community of women, ages 30’s to 70’s.
The space is limited so everyone can get more personalized guidance, specially if one is dealing with a physical challenge.
